Axel Rolon Luciano, CEO
After having majored in Electrical Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, and having played for Major League organizations from 1987 until 1989 with The Texas Rangers, and in 1994 with the Oakland A's prior to the end of the MLB Strike, Mr. Rolon has had a brilliant career taking on major roles in many multinationals throughout the globe.
As Founder and CEO of Tekbek Capital (UK) Limited, Mr. Rolon is personally invested in many of Tekbek's dealings, well engaged between the Asian, European, and Latin American markets.
Dr. Ricardo Montaño Martínez, Director
Dr. Ricardo Montaño Martínez, as Tekbek’s Director of Mining Operations, oversees Tekbek’s interests in the gold & silver mining sectors in Argentina, Brazil, Guyana, and Mexico, as well as negotiates production offtakes, meets with lobbyist, employee unions, and government agencies. Dr. Martínez earned his Medical Degree from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma De Mexico (UNAM). His many years in the mining industry gives Tekbek a distinct advantage, leveraging Tekbek’s concessions / reserves, and strengthening our position in the industry in public, as well as in private mining companies.
Dr. Antonio Tadeu Magri has headed The Magri Law Group (Magri Sociedade de Advogados) for more than 30 years. He currently represents Tekbek Capital in all contract matters and is in charge of making sure all compliance issues are met. Dr. Magri, having been a public servant knows the importance of commitment, and shows this assurance in being at the helm of Tekbek’s contractual obligations, and oversees all legal duties with the highest of rigors. Notwithstanding his more than 30 years success in the legal industry, he heads Tekbek’s Legal Division, was a Teacher, a Banker, a Business Administrator, Accountant, Agriculturist, and Cattleman.
